Call for evidence description

The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) is reviewing how the immigration system could best be used to attract global talent to the UK.

As part of this work, we are launching a call for evidence on the Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa routes.

This is part of the MAC’s review to assess how the immigration system could be used to attract top talent to the UK.

In your response, please focus on the Global Talent and Innovator Founder routes as we are not seeking feedback on other routes.

Please respond using the link to the online form if possible.

Further engagement

You will be asked whether or not you would be happy to take part in further engagement (for example interviews or ‘round table’ discussions) later in the year.

We will contact a selection of respondents who have agreed to participate.

If you prefer not to be contacted, you can still complete the form and your views will be considered.

Personal information

The MAC will collect and analyse the information you provide, and your personal data will be handled in line with our privacy notice.
