Do not use these email addresses to send:

  • returns
  • enquiries about any other HMRC taxes or services

HMRC will only email you with confidential information if you’ve given them your written agreement to do so.

  • have a question about statutory notices
  • are sending HMRC a paper return — make sure you use a spreadsheet on the correct template

You do not need to include a street name, city name or PO box when writing to this address.
