The Teachers’ Pensions Schemes (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations are made to amend pension arrangements for teachers that are no longer appropriate as a result of the UK leaving the EU in the event of no deal. These Regulations relate to the participation of schools located in EU member states and belonging to the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), and teachers employed by those schools, in the England and Wales Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS).
