The Sprouts and Seeds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The Sprouts and Seeds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 fix the inoperabilities of retained EU law on the traceability and certification requirements for domestic and imported sprouts and seeds and for the approval of establishments producing these.
