THE SOCIAL FUND FUNERAL EXPENSES PAYMENT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2021

This instrument addresses deficiencies in retained EU law relating to social fund funeral expenses payments arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
