The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) (No. 3) Regulations 2020

Amends and revokes, as needed, retained EU legislation relating to Air Traffic Management and amends the Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 to remove the requirement for manufacturers or their authorised representatives to be established in the UK for the purposes of making declarations of conformity or suitability for use in relation to their manufactured constituents.
