These Regulations make amendments to Northern Ireland legislation in the field of international bus and coach services.

Sifting committees’ recommendation

The European Statutory Instruments Committee agreed with the government that this statutory instrument does not have to have a debate in parliament, though one may still occur. However, The Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee disagreed with the government and recommended that this statutory instrument needs to be debated in parliament.
