Alert details
Teva UK Limited is recalling all remaining in-date stock of the above product. The marketing authorisation was suspended in February 2012 and the supply position was then too fragile to permit a recall. Adequate supplies of alternative Levothyroxine 100 mcg tablets are now available which allows a recall of the remaining Teva UK and Numark branded product.
This recall is restricted to the 100mcg strength only of these presentations. No other strengths or brands are included in the scope of the recall.
