Progress report on Biological Aspects, Bangladesh, Nepal and India

Abstract

The assessment of biological aspects or potential constraints related to the adoption of Resource Conserving Technology (zero tillage) (RCT) and Improved Varieties under the scope of this project was done at the village level using questionnaires prepared by CABI Bioscience. In this project the approach consisted of a general monitoring of biotic constraints in the participating villages to detect any potential beneficial or adverse effect resulting from adopting the technologies.
