Abstract

This is the protocol for a systematic review which will look at evidence for the impact the provision of separate toilets for girls has on their primary and secondary school enrolment, attendance and completion. The review will identify studies that report both educational and health outcomes. The protocol provides background information and details of the methods to be used.
