| At the time of publication, project-level payments made to TCE for marine aggregates have been excluded at the request of TCE. The MSG is concerned at this development and is committed to working with TCE with a view to publishing the data at a later date. |
| In a very few cases the payment reported by the company/group was higher or lower than that reported by TCE. |
| In all cases the reconciled figures were within the (lower of £10,000 or 1%) materiality thresholds agreed by the MSG. |
