  10. Deadline extended: submit your proposal by 3 March

  11. Updated with new forms: apply by 25 February

Details

Read the Counter Proliferation Programme guidance for information on the government’s approach to counter proliferation, and guidance on how to apply. To be eligible, projects can be single state, multi-country, regional or global in scope.

Your project proposal must include your completed project proposal form and a full activity-based budget.

Submit your proposal by 11:59pm UK time on 8 March 2026.

We encourage you to discuss project ideas with the relevant policy leads in the Counter Proliferation and Arms Control Centre (CPACC) before submitting project proposals. To find out who the relevant policy lead is, or for any other questions, email  CounterProliferation.Programme@fcdo.gov.uk.
