Initial enforcement order
21 March 2016: On 18 March 2016, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Whitby Seafoods Limited in relation to the completed acquisition by Whitby Seafoods Limited of assets of Dawnfresh Seafoods Limited.
