Supply of medicines
The CMA has decided not to look further into the issue of medicine shortages at this time.
Following concerns raised with us about medicine shortages, the CMA has sought information on the extent to which there are shortages of medicines in the UK and their likely causes.
Following those inquiries, we have decided not to look further into the issue of medicine shortages at this time on the grounds of our administrative priorities. Our findings are set out in our statement below.
