Summary of work
In June 2012, the OFT launched a formal investigation into suspected breaches of competition law in a local bus market, in particular in relation to suspected predatory conduct.
The OFT decided on 28 February 2013 that it is no longer an administrative priority, at this time, to continue a CA98 investigation in respect of this case. This does not constitute a view on the substance of the complaint.
