Administrative timetable Suspended: 26 February 2014 – 7 March 2014

The administrative timetable was suspended as the parties did not provide information required under section 31 by the OFT by the deadline. The information was provided on 7 March 2014 and the timetable restarted.

Invitation to Comment: Now Closed

The OFT is considering whether this acquisition has resulted in the creation of a relevant merger situation under the merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 and, if so, whether the creation of that situation has resulted, or may be expected to result, in a substantial lessening of competition within any market or markets in the United Kingdom for goods or services.

Merger inquiry Launch: 4 February 2014

The parties provided a satisfactory submission to the OFT on 4 February 2014.
