Asylum Support Tribunal decision of Judge Carter on 19 May 2008.

Refusal of Section 4 support under Regulation 3(2)(a). This appeal concerns the same appellant as in 17274 (SY) which was dismissed under Regulation 3(2)(a). Finding that, since her previous appeal in which it was found that there were five steps which the appellant had not taken, the appellant had taken all steps in which she had previously been found wanting. Appeal allowed under Regulation 3(2)(a).
