We, the undersigned, commit to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country.
The Armed Forces Covenant
An enduring covenant between the people of the United Kingdom, Her Majesty’s Government and all those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces of the Crown and their families
The first duty of Government is the defence of the realm. Our Armed Forces fulfil that responsibility on behalf of the Government, sacrificing some civilian freedoms, facing danger and, sometimes, suffering serious injury or death as a result of their duty. Families also play a vital role in supporting the operational effectiveness of our Armed Forces. In return, the whole nation has a moral obligation to the members of the Naval Service, the Army and the Royal Air Force, together with their families. They deserve our respect and support, and fair treatment.
Those who serve in the Armed Forces, whether Regular or Reserve, those who have served in the past, and their families, should face no disadvantage compared to other citizens in the provision of public and commercial services. Special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for those who have given most such as the injured and the bereaved.
This obligation involves the whole of society: it includes voluntary and charitable bodies, private organisations, and the actions of individuals in supporting the Armed Forces. Recognising those who have performed military duty unites the country and demonstrates the value of their contribution. This has no greater expression than in upholding this Covenant.

Raising awareness of veterans through our involvement with all the veteran support organisations and associated agencies. Commercial: A major part of our business plan involves the financial support of our armed forces. Although many organisations turn a blind eye to avoid costs, we as a business have become Swanseas only MOD branding licensed business for what we supply. We not only pay a fee to the MOD for this we also pay back 8.5% for all goods sold that involve licenses products. We also as an approved supplier for the Sea Cadets and the RNA and pay a commission for items purchased to the particular Branch or Unit. We are also currently working on a project with the RBL which we hope to be a long term investment into the RBL with supporting new entries/recruits into service with their chosen Branch of the Armed Forces. It is also our commercial aim to work closely with all other AFC organisations to promote the cause. Simply Print Wales are also an approved RFCA sup-plier where we work closely with the everyone who requires our services and regularly visit estab-lishments such as HMS CAMBRIA, John Chard VC House, various Cadet Units and events. We regularly attend and support the local Veterans Breakfast Hubs as well as many other charities. We also have contact with other or-ganisation such as Swansea Outdoor Fitness where we recommend and promote. Housing: As we already attend AFC meetings we are aware of the issues veterans and others face in todays climate. We will actively support any requests for assistance within the veteran commu-nity. Education: We also through our cadet links look to support the education and well-being of the youth and we are enhanced DBS check so that we can assist where required. We have also again through our cadet links looking to work with the service children in schools and raising awareness of the funding available. Events: We have attended events nationally and internationally where we have helped support. We are currently working with the RNA to plan and set up their Swansea Branch Commissioning Ceremony. We will continue to support where and where required.
2.2 We will publicise these commitments through our literature and/or on our website, setting out how we will seek to honour them and inviting feedback from the Service community and our customers on how we are doing.
