Judicial Summary

The FTT is required to make clear findings of fact in respect of each change of circumstances or overpayment. Universal Credit is not a qualifying benefit for the purposes of Regulation 2(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 SI No 213 (extended payments).
