Judicial Summary
The First-tier Tribunal erred in striking out all the appellant’s claims that had not previously been struck out as the judge failed to identify that the appellant had brought a claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments in relation to GCSE examinations that he sat in May and June 2024 and failed to give reasons for why that claim did not stand a reasonable prospect of success. The decision of the First-tier Tribunal was set aside and the case remitted for further determination.
