Judicial Summary

Having received the appellant’s oral evidence and reviewed the evidence as a whole, the Upper Tribunal concludes that the DBS did not make a material mistake of fact nor any mistake of law and the decision to include the appellant’s name in the adults’ barred list and the children’s barred list is upheld.
