Judicial Summary

Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. The Upper Tribunal made its own assessment of the evidence of a whole and found wide ranging mistakes of fact in Disclosure and Barring Service’s findings. Appeal allowed and appellant removed from both Children’s and adults’ Barred lists.
