Judicial Summary

The Appellant made a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (‘the EIR’) for information about agricultural subsidies paid to farmers grazing their livestock on common land in the New Forest. Some of the requested information was withheld on the basis of regulation 12(3) (personal information) of the EIR. The Upper Tribunal dismissed the Appellant’s appeal.
