Requirement for tribunal to explain why, on a PIP renewal claim, it is reaching a different outcome to that reached when a previous awarding decision was made. Need to at least consider adjourning to clarify terms of previous award and to obtain evidence used when such award was made. Duties of representatives to provide relevant evidence.
