This guide gives information about the academies capital maintenance fund (ACMF) for the 2014 to 2015 financial year.

ACMF for the 2014 to 2015 financial year: round 2
Further information about applying for round 2 will be available in late spring 2014. Funding allocations will be announced in October 2014.
ACMF round 2 funding will be available to new academies that open after 1 December 2013. It will also be open to schools with an academy order signed on or before 1 June 2014.
Academies that apply to ACMF round 1 cannot apply to ACMF round 2.
ACMF for the 2014 to 2015 financial year: round 1
The closing date for applications for round 1 was midday on 31 January 2014. Funding allocations will be announced in April 2014.
The ACMF for the 2014 to 2015 financial year was for academies to improve the condition of school buildings, and expand facilities. ACMF is administered by Education Funding Agency (EFA).
To be eligible to apply, academies must have been open on or before 1 December 2013. Schools with an academy order signed on or before 1 December 2013 were also eligible to apply.
Applications to the ACMF were made online on the application portal.
