DHC-8-311, G-BRYW and others
The aircraft experienced a restriction of the elevator nose down trim control in the cruise. This was one of a number of similar occurrences of pitch trim restrictions on the operators DHC-8 fleet. The operator has since increased the frequency of lubrication of the elevator trim screwjacks, in accordance with recommendations published by the aircraft manufacturer.
