Cessna R172K Hawk XP, G-BPCI


At landing, the aircraft was reported to have touched down on its main wheels first but when the nose wheel touched down, the aircraft became difficult to control. The aircraft was brought to a halt on the runway and subsequent inspection revealed damage consistent with a heavy impact on the nose wheel.
