What we do

The Financial List is a specialist cross-jurisdictional list set up to address the particular business needs of cases involving financial matters. The list can deal with cases:

• generally worth more than £50 million
• which need expert judicial knowledge of financial markets
• which raise important issues for the sector.

Who we are

We are a specialist court within the Business and Property Courts of the High Court of Justice.

We are based at the Rolls Building in London. Cases in the Financial List are heard by one of 12 judges.
