Use form C384 (Vessels) to apply for the release on payment of Customs Duty or VAT on a private vessel.

Send your completed form to the Pleasure Craft Unit of Expertise.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

Contact the Online services helpdesk if you have problems opening or saving the form.

Pleasure craft coming from abroad that will not be released from customs control (C1330)
Use form C1330 to notify HMRC of pleasure craft arriving from abroad that will not be released from customs control.

Declare pleasure craft on voyages leaving or arriving in the UK (C1331)
Use form C1331 to declare items on a pleasure craft for non UK voyages leaving or arriving in the UK.
