Our mission
Due to the deterioration in the situation, the British Embassy in Sana’a temporarily suspended its operations on 11 February 2015 and diplomatic staff were withdrawn. Our Ambassador and his team, which include FCDO, and MOD staff, are currently based in Saudi Arabia and Amman, and are supporting efforts to end the current conflict. We work with partners in Yemen to address urgent humanitarian needs and contribute to an effective recovery.
