A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about our service or conduct.
Monitor and report the number of HSC Trust, Board and Family Practitioner Service complaint issues received during the year, by the programme of care, category, subject of the complaint issue and the time taken to provide a substantive response.
If you are unhappy with the service you get from the Northern Ireland Office, there are different ways you can complain.
We want to help you resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
Do not include personal or financial information like your National Insurance number or credit card details.
