Abstract

The author partnered with a mobile money and payment provider in Senegal to design a digital payment technology for the taxi industry and conducted 2 field experiments with over 2,700 taxi owners and drivers.

This paper is part of the Private Enterprise Development in Low-Income Countries (PEDL) programme.
