The aim of this study was to understand the energy implications at the household level of cooking entirely with electricity.

Abstract

The findings from pilot studies suggest that eCooking fits the cultural cooking processes in Nepal. It strengthened the evidence base for eCooking in Nepal by highlighting how women community networks and product quality facilitate swift and sustained eCooking adoption.
