Abstract

This is the second draft of a paper on the conclusions of a research programme on Urban Poverty Reduction Programmes: Lessons of Experience, undertaken with support from DFID and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

This paper draws on seven case studies that document the experiences of initiatives that sought to reduce urban poverty.
