Abstract

This meeting was the final gathering of the international and national research partners of the Pro-poor HPAI Risk Reduction project. The objectives were: a) to share and synthesize project findings and experience on HPAI control; b) to learn from participants about their own experience and c) to draw generalizable lessons from HPAI that could apply to other emerging infectious diseases of livestock. Summaries of the presentations and discussions are provided in this report.
