Abstract

One of the major components of the Striga project management has been to evaluate Striga tolerant or resistant sorghum lines. This paper reports on the performance and release of two sorghum varieties developed at Purdue University in the USA. On'farm evaluations of sorghum lines P9405 and P9406 were conducted in Tanzania.
