Abstract

This project focused on access to information and identifying was to improve the effectiveness of delivery of public services to the poor and vulnerable using ICTs. The term ICT was used in its broadest sense to encompass telephone, internet, television, film and radio. This information pack presents findings from the project with the aim of helping NGOs and public service providers design and deliver ICT-enabled programmes for transparent and effective delivery of public services to the poor.
