Abstract

In view to data needs of Government, data needs of local managers, needs met by other components of local manager's monitoring programme, data common to needs of administrative levels of government and local management institution and remaining needs met by government's parallel monitoring programmes the Guidelines were field tested at three CBFM-2 project sites. Major activities conducted were workshops, testing guidelines format and report preparation.
