Abstract

Paper presented at the ODI/ZSL Conference: Wild Meat & Livelihoods, held at the Zoological Society of London, 23-24 September 2004. The treatment of forestry and bushmeat issues within the Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers of 16 countries was reviewed. The countries selected are known range states where consumption of bushmeat is significant.
