Abstract

This document presents a framework to analyse corruption in the infrastructure sector. Early sections provide the background to the document and outline the guiding principles for the study. Later sections describe the reearch process, key learning objectives and the methodology. The fieldwork process and suggestions on documenting country case studies are detailed towards the end of the document.
