Report a suspicious online seller of medicines
Use this service to report a website or online seller to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) if you think they’re offering medicines or medical devices illegally.
MHRA regulates medicines and medical devices in the UK.
Anyone can report an online seller, and you can do it anonymously.
You will need information about:
- why you want to report it
- the online seller, such as social media name or website address (URL)
You can also provide:
- photos of the product, including its packaging
- a screenshot of the website or online seller
- the seller’s name or telephone number
- emails, sales receipts or messages from the seller
If you want to report side effects of a medicine or medical device, use the Yellow Card reporting service instead.
