You need permission to accumulate and dispose of radioactive waste in Northern Ireland.
How to apply
Download an application form from the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) website.
You’ll need to provide:
- your details and those of an operational contact
- your company or organisation details
- proposed start date for accumulation and disposal
- details of the premises
- waste details
