You need permission as an estate agent to publish or copy Land & Property Services (LPS) or Ordnance Survey of Northern Ireland mapping data or intellectual property.

How to apply

Download an application form from the LPS website.

There are 3 types of licence:

  • standard, for internal business use only
  • standard plus, for internal business use and paper publishing only
  • standard extra, for internal business use, advertising in newspapers etc. or publishing in both paper form and on the internet

Return your completed form to the Intellectual Property Rights Branch.
