Traditional term for wine
Summary
This expression may only be used on labels identifying wines made by using the grape varieties included in the Annex hereto, or wines resulting from the blending of said varieties, and which are suitable for high quality winemaking. The amount of grapes required as per one hundred litres (100 l.) of wine shall be no less than one hundred and thirty five kilograms (135 kg). Red Reserva wines shall have a minimum ageing period of twelve (12) months as of the moment they are enologically stable, whereas for white and rosé Reserva wines, the ageing period shall be no less than six (6) months.
