Summary

In addition to the indispensable requirements of the ‘appellation d’origine de qualité supérieure’, the wines belonging to this category, shall fulfil the following ones: – they are produced of grapes from prime vineyards, with low per hectare yields, cultivated in soils appropriate for the production of quality wines, – comply with certain requirements concerning the pruning system of the vineyards and the minimum content of must in sugar.
