Hazard
The product presents a medium risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the lugs of the suction cups detached at forces of 45N and 46N and fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. Some loops of the basketball net have a perimeter greater than the maximum authorised value of 380 mm when subject to a tensile force 25 N + 2 N, which causes a strangulation hazard to young children.
This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
