The product presents a serious risk of burns as it contains a counterfeit plug with an insufficient fuse and counterfeit table. The fuse does not have any granular filler and cannot function properly in the case of a fault with the product or with a surge in current. In the case of a fault, the plug could catch fire and burn users. The product also requires improvements to labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
