The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the nylon insert nuts in the hinges are not correctly fitted to stop the step parts from accidental loosening. Therefore, it is possible it could give way whilst the consumer is using it, causing them injuries from the fall.
The product does not meet the requirements General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
