The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the appliance was inadequately earthed. The clamping means was not adequately secured against accidental loosening and the terminal had not been sufficiently tightened. The sample had not been accompanied by adequate instructions and safety information in a language easily understood by consumers and other end-users.
