Hazard
The product poses a high risk of injury because the steering column can suddenly drop down if the safety pin is not fully secured. The secondary “lever‑clamp” that is supposed to keep the steering column in place does not stop this from happening. If the steering column collapses while a child is riding the scooter, they could lose control, fall, and be injured.
The product does not meet the dimensional requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product is no longer available for sale.
